Processing and Shipping Times

Order Processing

As ÉTOILE DIAM specializes in custom jewelry, each order requires a production period of approximately 2-3 weeks. Once your item is crafted, it will be prepared for shipment.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

For customers in the United States, delivery is expected within 5-7 business days after the completion of manufacturing.

International Shipping

For international customers, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to reach its destination after it has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

All orders are delivered free of charge to the customer's address.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes levied by their local government.

Shipping and Insurance

Insurance

We fully insure each item for the final purchase price from the time it is in transit until it reaches its destination. A recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery to ensure your order arrives securely.
